Johnnie Müller led the security operation at Copenhagen Airports for nearly twenty years, overseeing one of Europe's most respected and consistently high-performing airport security teams. Under his leadership, CPH won the Skytrax Award for World's Best Airport Security four times, a recognition that reflected not only operational excellence but also a strong organizational culture built on trust, accountability, and performance.
Known for his strategic and people-centered approach to workforce management, Johnnie introduced innovative training programs, optimized staffing structures, and implemented new security technologies to enhance both efficiency and effectiveness. Lars Bever-Gimsing

Lars Bever-Gimsing worked at Copenhagen Airports for more than a decade, holding several senior positions, including leading the passenger security operation and overseeing one of Denmark's largest frontline security organizations with over 800 employees. With a strong background in finance and organizational leadership, he is recognized for combining strategic insight with operational excellence — always with a sharp focus on people, culture, and sustainable results.
Under his leadership, the Security Passenger Service delivered year-on-year efficiency gains while at the same time improving employee engagement and reducing absenteeism in a demanding 24/7 environment. All while maintaining the strict security standards required to operate in an international airport. He drove large-scale transformation projects, introduced new security technologies, and ensured compliance with both national and international regulations.
Throughout his career at CPH, Lars shaped modern workforce management practices through innovative planning systems and the renegotiation of collective agreements — creating both greater organizational flexibility and improved working conditions. He also contributed to cross-functional collaboration and digitalization efforts, helping to future-proof airport operations.
